The Customer Information Form (CIF), has been created as a form to capture customer, & channel partner information.For a Sales user, filling the CIF form will take place through this Software Application, whether its online or offline.
This software application has been created in such a way that it will work both online and offline.
The offline data will get stored in the device and upon regaining internet connecting, the data will be imported from the tablet to XLR8 PRO and will start reflecting in respective logins.The Site information form has been created in such a way that customer and channel partner information gets captured irrespective of internet status; both online and offline.
